This is a 3 day Expedition Mountain Skills course looking at a variety of core mountain skills that will enable you to travel through the UK hills safely & confidently. By building in a skills courses into an Expedition it enables us to make the most of our time on the hill covering a variety of skills. It includes wild camps or the use of bothies giving us access to reach more remoter hills and Munros, covering all the core skills along the way.
There are no set pre requisites, just a reasonable level of fitness and a love for getting into the hills, adventure and learning new skills, a great way to see the more remoter parts of Scotland.

Cairngorm Explorer - High access can be gained from the ski area to the Cairngorm Plateau. A journey taking in some of Scotland's highest Munros, Cairngorm, Ben Macdui & Derry Cairngorm & Beinn Mheadhoin. Wild camps in and around the Cairngorm plateau covering the core skills above.
Skye Explorer - A journey from one end of the Trotternish Ridge to another taking in and exploring The Quirang and the Needle, many smaller hilltops making our way to The Old Man of Stoer at the Southern end. An area of wild remoteness, amazing views of the Cuillin and wildlife. A backdrop used more and more on film sets. 2 nights wild camping.
North West Explorer - A journey into the remote and beautiful Fisherfield Forrest. A chance to ascend An Teallach and the Fisherfield munros. Wild camps in an amazing landscape, remoteness and wildlife.
