The Curtain, Ben Nevis guided winter climbing

Winter Guided

As the name implies, this is a "guided" course that focuses on ascending winter routes. Most days as a Mountain Instructor will involve instruction and coaching to fine-tune what you're doing, bringing your skills up to date with what we call "good practice," and guiding you up some great winter routes. This course can be held anywhere in Scotland, depending on the weather and, more importantly, what you want to do. The adventure is entirely yours.

This course is for the winter mountaineer or climber who wants a refresher and to just get climbing without feeling rushed, tie in, belay and climb, and become a competent second. Or, for the more experienced seasoned winter climber who would like to be challenged and get on climbs above their leading grade or to climb some big tick Scottish classics that they have been aspiring to climb for years.
